There is No Substitute for Experience, Its More Than Just a Phrase

At Whittington Distinctive Homes, we have deep experience in most areas of the real estate industry, and most likely we can help you get from where you are to where you want to be. And if we can’t help you, we’ll tell you right up front - there is no charge for the initial consultaton in which we will delve into your problem or issue and propose how we can be of assistance.

We are open to other arrangements, but we generally charge a flat rate of $125 per hour for Patsy and Lynn together. In many cases, we can work thru the problem and arrive at an answer in only 1 – 2 hours. For larger problems, special pricing will be arranged, and fun projects get special disounts.
